Little Picnic Press offers Route Shipping Protection on all online shop orders. For orders insured with Route, please contact Route directly to file a claim on your lost, stolen, or damaged package at https://claims.route.com/ 

Route requires a police report when the customer’s package is marked as delivered on orders over $100.
